Our athletic program promotes the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle. Daily physical education classes allow students to experience yoga, karate, weight training, and a variety of sports. Afterschool sports offerings at our high school include JV and Varsity basketball, soccer, cross country, softball, baseball, volleyball, and cheerleading. High school students also develop personal fitness and wellness plans that include written goals for healthy eating. Middle schools offer a range of afterschool sports including flag football, soccer, track, basketball, competition in local leagues, and a popular Young Runners Club with frequent races in Central Park and around the city.
