The Network Project Manager will work with the Chief of Staff and senior education leadership team on critical projects that support our five schools. The Network Project Manager will lead network-wide instructional and non-instructional initiatives designed to boost student achievement. The individual will build strong relationships with senior leaders at both the school and network levels and expertly communicate announcements to key stakeholders, ensuring consistent follow-through on all deliverables.
Our ideal candidate is a driven, detail-oriented project manager with a “do what it takes” attitude. The Network Project Manager understands the necessity of seeing all projects through to completion and is comfortable interacting with a diverse array of stakeholders.
Develop strategy and implementation plans for all network-wide projects
Organize staff events and support preparation of materials for staff workshops / trainings
Implement and enhance existing network systems and structures. Identify areas for continued growth and initiate and manage improvement plans
Support preparation and research for all board meetings and engagement with external stakeholders, including potential donors
Manage special projects for the Chief of Staff and effectively communicate announcements to school- and network-based teams
3-5 years of experience in a project management and / or operations role
Strategic systems-builder able to quickly evaluate and troubleshoot existing processes
Strong project- and time-management abilities
High level of attention to detail with a standard of excellence
A team player with a strong work ethic and consistent follow-through
