College Guidance and Support
At Harlem Village Academies High, we provide current students and graduates with guidance and support to prepare for college matriculation and graduation. 100% of our graduating seniors have been accepted to college, including Columbia, Penn, Yale, NYU, Stanford, Vassar, Northwestern, Wesleyan, Tufts, Howard, Morehouse, Cornell, SUNY Stony Brook, Johns Hopkins, and more. Many of our students are the first in their family to attend college.
College Guidance
HVA High offers a wide range of activities and support for each grade level, including college visits, one-on-one counseling, financial aid facilitation, transfer assistance, job placement, and more.
College Support
Harlem Village Academies ensures that our students are fully supported as they transition to college. Once on campus we continue to support college students through mentoring as well as guidance related to accessing campus resources, managing finances, overcoming academic challenges, and more.
